Soulmade Interior (hereinafter: "we", "us") is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

2. What data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we process the following data:

  • Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, type of accommodation, subject and message.
  • Soulscan: name, email address, answers to the scan questions and the resulting score.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and time of visit (via logs, solely for security and troubleshooting purposes).

3. Why we process this data

  • To contact you in response to your message or request.
  • To send you your Soulscan result and, if desired, provide advice.
  • To improve our services and keep the website secure.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when filling out a form), the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest (security and improvement of our services).

5. Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Contact and scan requests are in principle retained for a maximum of 24 months, unless a customer relationship or legal obligation requires a longer period.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data with processors who help us deliver the service, such as our hosting provider and email infrastructure. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Data is processed within the EU, or under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access management, row-level security on our database, and logging to detect misuse.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access, correct or have your data deleted;
  • object to or restrict processing;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
