Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between Soulmade Interior and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

Soulmade Interior provides services in the field of accommodation advice, interior design, styling and guest experience. The exact scope of the assignment is set out in a quotation or order confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

4. Performance

The contractor carries out the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability. This is a best-efforts obligation, unless a specific result has been explicitly agreed.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation by the client must be done in writing. Hours and costs already incurred will be charged in that case.

6. Liability

Soulmade Interior's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment. Liability for indirect damage, including consequential damage and loss of revenue, is excluded.

7. Intellectual property

All concepts, designs and documents created by Soulmade Interior remain the property of Soulmade Interior, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Soulmade Interior is established.
