We start with a free conversation about your accommodation, target audience, wishes and rental goals. Together we determine which package fits best: Soulmade Analysis, Blueprint or Complete.

Proposal & agreement
Feeling good about it? Then you'll receive a tailored proposal. Once agreed, I reserve time in my schedule and the project starts — from this moment you'll receive the first invoice (50%).

Intake & analysis
I visit the accommodation (or work from supplied photos and floor plans) and analyse what works and what could be improved. This analysis forms the basis for every project.

Turnaround time
A Soulmade Analysis is usually completed within 2 weeks. A Blueprint takes 4 to 6 weeks. A full Transformation between 8 and 16 weeks — depending on scope and suppliers.
Fixed price upfront
No surprises afterwards. After the intake you'll receive a fixed price per package. 50% at the start, 50% at delivery.
Delivered photo-ready
With Transformation projects you'll get a styling and photo session: photos you can use right away for Airbnb, Booking and social media.

Good to

Do you work throughout the Netherlands?
Yes. I work nationwide and beyond — for remote projects I work with photos, floor plans and video calls. For Transformation projects I always visit the location at least once.
Can I supply my own furniture and materials?
Certainly. With Blueprint you get a complete shopping list and can order yourself. With Transformation I fully arrange purchasing, delivery and placement for you.
What if I'm not sure which package fits?
No problem. During the no-obligation introduction we determine together which package matches your goal, budget and planning.
Do you also work for private homeowners?
My focus is on rental accommodations and hospitality. For private homes with a clear concept (e.g. a second home or B&B) I make exceptions — just ask.
How does invoicing work?
You pay 50% at the start and 50% at delivery. For Transformation projects, purchasing costs are invoiced separately and transparently.
What if I change my mind during the project?
Small adjustments are part of the process. Major scope changes are discussed openly — with an adjusted planning and quote, so everything always stays clear.
